Jessica is the recipient of the Caribbean American Healthcare Award, the Young Gifted & Black Entrepreneurial Award and is recognized for outstanding commitment to health care and excellence to her community by Mayor Eric Adams.

 

As Clinical Nurse Administration Jessica Sinclair works expeditiously and diligently on behalf of the institution operating with a data-informed and equity-focused approach to enhance student access and enrollment in Clinicals placement. Her advocacy and leadership qualities have contributed to her successful discussion at the American Nurse Association N.Y. chapter conference on Micro-aggressions in nursing. Jessica is the Co-Founder of Nurses of Integrity, a community that celebrates, uplifts, and empowers nurses.

 

Jessica Sinclair is a Mental Health Advocate & Creator of the “Get Well” Wellness Program.

Well Being & Mental Health Awareness Program

  • Discussions about the theme of the day (e.g., affirmation focus, stress management, cultivating gratitude).
  • Breathing Exercises: Simple deep-breathing techniques to promote calm and focus.
  • Yoga Practice: Gentle movements that align with the theme of the class (e.g., restorative poses for stress relief or energizing poses for positive mindset).Meditation & Chanting: Guided meditation and mantra chanting to reinforce mindfulness.
  • Affirmation: Students will learn and practice affirmations, reinforcing the lesson of positivity and self-compassion.
