Returns Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color please send an email to info@itsjessicasinclair.com within 7 days after receiving merchandise. You will be responsible to cover the shipping fees to return and receive the new product.

The recipient’s address was entered wrong.If the recipient’s address was entered wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to us and we can then re-ship the product to you.In the case that the package is not returned to us, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
